By accessing or using the Skelup website and services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Services.
Skelup provides Point of Sale (POS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software as a service (SaaS) for businesses. The Services may include, but are not limited to, inventory management, sales tracking, customer relationship management, and financial reporting.
To use the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services.
The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Skelup and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Indonesia and foreign countries.
Certain aspects of the Services may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Services, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as we may update them from time to time.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Skelup, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
